Programme overview
The Talent Development Program is a vibrant, community-based initiative that nurtures creativity, confidence, and self-expression among children and adolescents. Through structured activities in dance, music, visual arts, modelling, and chess, the programme provides a safe and inspiring space where young people discover their talents, develop their skills, and explore pathways to personal growth and leadership.
Beyond skill-building, the programme serves as a community talent hub that keeps children engaged, motivated, and connected to positive opportunities. It strengthens self-esteem, promotes teamwork, and opens doors at the local, national, regional, and international levels.
