The Training & Capacity Building Programme is a core pillar of Child Space Organization's school-based work. It focuses on strengthening the skills, knowledge, and facilitation capacity of teachers and education stakeholders — grounding them in the Behaviour Change Process methodology that underpins all our school programmes.
We recognize teachers as the most powerful agents of change in any child's life. A well-trained, empowered teacher does more than deliver content — they create environments where children feel safe, seen, and supported.
